Astrid Garden project from UBM has rough construction
We have successfully completed the rough construction of the Astrid Garden residential project in Prague 7 - Holešovice, which includes 138 apartments and two commercial units. We are developing the complex with the internationally recognised BREEAM environmental certification and is emphasising the use of renewable resources and reducing energy consumption as part of its sustainability. The project includes private gardens, roof terraces and an enclosed, quiet and green courtyard. Construction of Astrid Garden has been underway since November 2021 and is scheduled for completion in the second half of 2024. The sale of the project, designed by renowned architectural studio Bogle Architects, is being handled exclusively by real estate agency Lexxus Norton.
