Video from the Astrid Garden 2+kk apartment
In the summer we completed our residential project Astrid Garden in Prague 7.It is an elegant complex in Holešovice, where 138 apartments with layouts from 1 + kk to 4 + kk and two retail units were built. The BREEAM-certified project comes from the well-known architectural studio Bogle Architects. The sale of the apartments is exclusively handled by the real estate agency LEXXUS NORTON.
Currently, more than half of the apartments have already been sold and new owners are moving in. The remaining units for sale are mostly 1+kk and 2+kk. And it is the 2+kk size of our fully equipped model apartment with an area of over 50 m2, which shows the high quality of the implementation standard.
